Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Nalarin or any of its subsidiary products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Nalarin is a holding company that develops and operates a portfolio of digital products and services. These include, but are not limited to, AI-powered tools, enterprise software, and content platforms. Each product may have additional terms specific to its functionality, which supplement these general terms.
3. User Accounts
Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the proper functioning of our Services, using the Services for any unlawful purpose, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by Nalarin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nalarin and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through our Services or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or make a purchase), as well as information collected automatically (such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns through cookies and similar technologies).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and send related communications; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; send product updates and marketing communications (with your consent); and detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: trusted service providers who assist in operating our Services (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics services); business partners with your consent; and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
4. Payment Processing
Our payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our transactions. Paddle may collect and process your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not directly store your credit card or payment details.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and deliver personalized content. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Services.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address provided below.
8. Contact

Refund Policy
1. Merchant of Record
All purchases made through Nalarin products are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (for customers outside the US) or Paddle.com Inc (for US customers), who act as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax compliance on our behalf.
2. Digital Products
As our Services are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or failure to use the product after purchase.
3. Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances: the Service was not delivered or is materially different from what was described; a critical technical issue prevents you from accessing the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe; or you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges).
4. Subscriptions
For subscription-based products, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at nalara.tekh@gmail.com with your order details. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect.
